Terms & Conditions
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS.
By submitting payment, you are authorizing Sendsations, Inc. to charge your credit card for the amount of your order including any printing, design, set-ups, and applicable postage according to the payment and schedule that you have chosen.
All orders are non-cancelable contracts without printing refund. Promotional discounts on full-year orders that default before completion will be reversed and charged back to you.
EZMAIL® SERVICE.
Free online mailing list management account. If you are using Sendsations EZMail® Service, your mailing list will be uploaded to your personal Sendsations Online Contact System (SOCS) account, which is password protected. Please replace the default password as soon as your account is activated.
Adding more addresses/increasing your order quantity. You may add new addresses to your mailing list any time. Sendsations will charge you the original card price for all future months of printing in a single amount, which will be charged along with your next upcoming postage payment.
Mailing list change deadlines. All changes to mailing lists need to be done by 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the Wednesday before your scheduled mailing week in order to be included in the next week’s mailing.
Carrier Route Saturation Mailing Lists. To avoid inadvertent postage increases, we’ve locked the SOCS features that allow edits, changes, or unmarking addresses for delivery (on Carrier Route mailing lists only). If there is an address you need to have removed, please call us to make those changes.
Postage. If the United States Postal Service raises postage rates, your postage price will be increased accordingly.
TEMPORARY PAUSE IN MAILINGS.
If for any reason you need to put your campaign on hold or skip a mailing, you will need to contact Sendsations (800-800-8197 or info@sendsations.com) before 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the Wednesday before your scheduled mailing week.
Any order paused for six months without contact with our office will be considered in default. Residual monies from that order can be applied to a new order within a year of the original pause date. Likewise, monies from orders with skipped months can be applied to a new order within six months of the date of the final mailing.
LAYOUT CHANGES DURING AN ONGOING PROGRAM.
If you are using our EZMail service and need to make a change to your layout between mailings, you need to contact us no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before your scheduled mailing week. Depending on the complexity of your layout, a $25 change fee may apply as well as the cost of any custom stock photo purchases.
We must have your approved proof by 12:00 noon Mountain Time on Monday of your mailing week.
SHIPPED ORDERS.
If you have chosen to have Sendsations ship your order to you, you can expect the order to ship within four business days of your proof approval. We will email you a tracking number once UPS or USPS has picked up your shipment. USPS and UPS generally take 3 to 8 days for delivery.
Contacting You.
By placing an order, you grant us permission to contact you via phone or email.
Privacy Policy
Your Information. Sendsations does not sell your information or share it with any third party other than business partners necessary for our business functions. We encrypt your credit card information in compliance with the strict PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards and requirements.
Mailing list privacy and use. Sendsations will not share, sell, or in any way use your list except for the mailings that you have scheduled. Sendsations does not cross-check addresses between customer mailing lists, and though unlikely, it is possible that another customer’s mailing list may overlap with yours.
