What is the EZMail Service and how does it work?

EZMail is a mailing service that ensures that your mailings go out every month like clockwork so you don't have to take your focus off of the things you do best. There are four main things to know and do:

1. Send us your database. Click here to upload your database. Questions? Call toll-free at 1-800-800-8197 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday.

2. Select your mailing schedule. Choose the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month (See Calendars below). We'll mail your cards on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of that week every month for the year. Make sure to add your own name to your mailing list.

3. Make changes to your database within about 2 weeks. We need to have all your changes in by the beginning of the business day on Monday of the week before your cards are scheduled to mail. If your mailings go out on the 3rd week, your changes must be in before 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday of the 2nd week.

4. EZMail Service and postage are charged to your credit card monthly. We charge your credit card in advance to allow some lead time to make sure your cards will be able to go out as scheduled. If for some reason your credit card declines, we will contact you to provide another credit card number in time for the mailing to go out. If payment is missed, your cards will go out on the next scheduled mailing after payment is received. Also, please be aware that when the US Postal Service raises its postage rates, we must charge you for that increase. We'll always inform you when this happens.
