Last Day to Change Your Database: Remember that in order to print and mail your EZMail orders on time each month, we have to download your changed database. We need to have all your changes in by the beginning of the business day on Monday of the week before your cards are scheduled to mail. If your mailings go out on the 3 rd week, your changes must be in before 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday of the 2 nd week.

This means that any changes you make after that time will not take effect for your EZMail mailing that month. As always, if you have any questions, please call customer service at 800-800-8197.

Sendsations Online Contact System (SOCS)

What can I do with SOCS?

SOCS is used to manage the contacts (and information about those contacts) used for printing with Sendsations printed products, including EZMail for recipe cards.

What do I need to Access SOCS?

The requirements are pretty simple:

•  You will needs a SOCS account created for you. We need you to supply your electronic database file in one of the following formats: .csv, .txt, , ASCII, or an Excel spreadsheet. •  You will need your computer to be running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above with JavaScript enabled. Though SOCS may work on other browsers, it is only supported on the newer versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer, with JavaScript enabled.

How do I get a SOCS account?

You will need to have Sendsations Customer Service department create an account for you. When they create an account, you will be given a Login ID and a Password. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you change your Password the first time you log in to your account.

How do I login with my SOCS account?

You can visit this page (www.sendsations.com/contacts) and click the "Login" link at the left. You then are asked to enter your Login ID and Password. Then click the "Login" button.
